Launch Of "My First House" Scheme

Young people earning less than RM3, 000 a month and not have their own homes can breath when they have the opportunity to purchase a home through the House first scheme launched today.The scheme that provided a 100 percent loan to the buyer, without having to pay a deposit of 10 per cent as the purchase of custom procedures, launched Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

According to the Prime Minister, Housing Scheme with effect from the first day to allow youths under age 35, has homes priced between RM100, 000 to RM220, 000.This scheme is a government initiative undertaken by Cagamas Berhad in collaboration with financial institutions. It is to reduce young people who have problems other than the cost of living is high property prices.
